William Bradford Presented the Alabama Criminal Law Update At Alabama State Bar Meeting

The Alabama State Bar meets every year, giving its members an opportunity to learn what is new in the Alabama legal community and to see friends old and new. The Alabama Criminal Law update presented an overview of Alabama Supreme Court and Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals decision from the past 12 months which will have a significant impact on the practices of Alabama criminal defense attorneys statewide. Additionally, the update presents criminal lawyers with a roundup of newly passed legislation involving criminal law, sentencing and punishments.
