William Bradford Presented the Alabama Criminal Law Update At Alabama State Bar Meeting

Point Clear, AlabamaWilliam K. Bradford of Bradford Ladner, LLP. spoke recently at the Alabama State Bar Annual Meeting, presenting the Alabama Criminal Law Update.  The Alabama State Bar meets every year, giving its members an opportunity to learn what is new in the Alabama legal community and to see friends old and new.  As part of the annual meeting presentations are made to update members on specific areas of the law.  We are Bradford Ladner LLP were honored to present this years Alabama Criminal Law Update. This honor came our way thanks to Amber Ladner serving as President of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association this year.

The Alabama Criminal Law update presented an overview of Alabama Supreme Court and Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals decision from the past 12 months which will have a significant impact on the practices of Alabama criminal defense attorneys statewide.  Additionally, the update presents criminal lawyers with a roundup of newly passed legislation involving criminal law, sentencing and punishments.
