Bradford Ladner Obtains Positive Outcome on Serious Sex Offense Case

Client faced a potential sentence of not less than ten years and up to 99 years or life on serious sex offense charges involving complex DNA evidence and an underage victim.  Bradford Ladner attorneys all possible avenues of defense through comprehensive discovery and the use of our own retained DNA experts.  Ultimately, the case settled just short of trial with a guilty plea on a single statutory rape charge.  All remaining charges were dismissed and the client received a split sentence of 3 years.
